Satellite Dish Decisions for Dummies
Okay, so I'm a bit of a dummy when it comes to technological advances. That seems to include satellite tv dish techno bable as well. Words like Azimuth, DBS Direct Broadcast, Diplexer, Feed Horn, Kbps, LNB, Pixelization, Rain Fade, etc... rain fade? I think they spelled 'brain' wrong.
Anyway, the important thing is, and what I'm aiming to get at here, is that you really don't need to know a single thing about satellite tv systems in order to enjoy them. When you sign up with Dish Network or DIRECTV, atechnician will come out to your house and get everything all set up for you, no sweat.
All you need to concentrate on is which television shows you want to watch. Your biggest job is going to be choosing a programming package. That can be a tough one since there are a few different choices and the tendency is to keep wanting the next package up.. but if you have a little will power y0u might just be able to resist and save yourself a few bucks.
